Tim Miller has signed an amateur tryout contract with the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League. The CCHA’s Best Defensive Forward will most likely debut Friday as the Crunch host Rockford.

Also expected to debut Friday is Brandon Naurato, who signed a contract with the Stockton Thunder of the ECHL. There he will be reunited with former U-M teammate David Rohlfs.

“Brandon comes from a tremendous program at Michigan where they’ve had a lot success in winning and producing good players,” said Thunder head coach Matt Thomas. “He possesses a real good shot, he’s a hard worker and a heart-and-soul kind of player.”
