USA Hockey announced their roster for the 2010 Olympics and a pair of former U-M defensemen will represent their country in Vancouver. Standout blue liners Jack Johnson and Mike Komisarek were named Olympians. College hockey is well represented. The full announcement and roster can be viewed here.

JMFJ hoses Turris, scores on Montoya

This is from a week ago, but for anyone who hasn’t seen it, watch Jack Johnson score a 4×3 shorthanded goal by hosing Phoenix forward Kyle Turris then dumping a backhander past former U-M goalie Al Montoya. The Kings won, 4-3, and the goal was the game-winner.
