Fallon joins Ice
By Jason Paul | January 22, 2010
Michigan recruit Jacob Fallon has joined the Indiana Ice of the USHL. Fallon recently left the U.S. National Team Development Program Under-18 Team amid an accusation of off-ice wrongdoing. Fallon joining the Ice should reassure Michigan fans that he remains committed to the Wolverines, as it’s known that the Seattle Thunderbirds, who own his WHL rights, contacted him about going the major junior route.
According to Michael Spath and Bob Miller at The Wolverine, U-M remains committed to Fallon, Jon Merrill, and Kevin Clare, the latter two who were also part of the accusations and suspended until the end of the month.
