Michigan 4, Bowling Green 0
By Jason Paul | February 9, 2010
Quick update…
Michigan returned to CCHA play tonight and shut out Bowling Green, 4-0, at Yost Ice Arena. Louie Caporusso had a pair of goals and Brian Lebler and Brandon Burlon added the others. Bryan Hogan turned aside 21 shots for his fourth shutout of the season, all of which have come at Yost. But did Al Randall really say all the shutouts came against good teams, when BGSU is 4-20-4? Eek.
The Wolverines jump to fourth place in the CCHA with 37 points, two points ahead of Alaska and Nebraska-Omaha with two games in hand on each team. U-M will travel to Omaha this weekend to complete their five games in nine days stretch.
