Turco robs New Hampshire 3x – Flashback ’98…
By Jason Paul | April 5, 2008
As we start the countdown to the Frozen Four, it’s time to start the flashbacks, too!
In the 1998 NCAA Frozen Four semifinal against New Hampshire, Marty Turco didn’t get much work but he absolutely robbed New Hampshire three times en route to a 4-0 shutout.
The first video is from the first period during a UNH power play. Shortly after the save, Bubba Berenzweig scored a shorthanded goal.
The second and third videos are from late in the second period and happened about a minute apart. I’m no lip reader, but I think I know what Dylan Dellezay says in the third video.
